The Castle-Clon 10K Road race and walk will take place on 1st April this year. An AAI permit has been received and we are looking forward to building on the successes of previous years to make this year’s event, bigger and better than ever. Online registration will open soon.

This year the Castle-Clon 10k will most likely be taking place in either mid March or early April. There is a very busy athletics schedule across the region so we want to ensure we pick a date that does not clash with other events. We should have the date finalized by 20th Jan 2012. There [...]

Due to some issues that have arisen in the past few days, the date for the 2012 Castle-Clon 10K may needed to be changed. The website will be updated as soon as we have any update. Our apologies for any inconvenience this causes. Thank you for your support.

The 2012 Castle-Clon 10K will take place on 5th February at 1pm. Online registration will be available very shortly at a discounted early bird rate. This year the race will be chip timed so everyone will get accurately recorded times very quickly after the race.

We are advising people to park in the car park at SuperValu in Castleconnell village.

Entries can be made online or on the day from 10am at the Community Hall (subject to availability). All on-line registered competitors must go to the Community Hall on the morning of the race to collect their number.
